2 · Data collected
Depending on your use of the website, Opsiris may collect:
- Contact data: last name, first name, company, role, email, telephone (contact form, demonstration request);
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, visit duration (via cookies and audience-measurement tools);
- Data related to use of the Platform (for clients): login credentials, actions performed within the modules, under the conditions defined by the applicable commercial agreement.
Opsiris does not collect sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR via the showcase website.
3 · Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to:
- respond to contact and demonstration requests;
- ensure the operation, security and improvement of the website and the Platform;
- produce anonymised or pseudonymised audience statistics;
- where applicable, send commercial communications, subject to the user's consent.
4 · Legal basis
Depending on the case, processing is based on: the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (demonstration request, client agreement), the user's consent (non-essential cookies, newsletter), or Opsiris's legitimate interest (security, service improvement).
5 · Retention period
Contact data is retained for 3 years from the last contact. Data related to a client agreement is retained for the duration of the agreement, plus the applicable statutory limitation periods.
6 · Data recipients
Data is intended for authorised internal Opsiris teams and, where applicable, for technical sub-processors (hosting, emailing tools, analytics tools) bound by contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR. Opsiris neither sells nor rents personal data to third parties.
7 · Transfers outside the EU
The website and the data collected through it are hosted within the European Union (OVH, France). Certain third-party tools used for audience measurement or email delivery may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, Opsiris ensures that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework or an equivalent mechanism).
8 · Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, everyone has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data, as well as the right to give directives regarding the fate of their data after their death. These rights may be exercised by writing to contact@opsiris.eu, specifying the purpose of the request. A response is provided within a maximum of one month. In the event of disagreement, everyone may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
9 · Cookies
The website uses:
- cookies that are strictly necessary for its proper functioning;
- a privacy-friendly audience-measurement tool (Vercel Web Analytics), which sets no cookie and uses no data that directly identifies the user.
The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for targeting purposes. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies already stored.

Opsiris implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against any loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access.
